Practical Info (for Lecturers)

All travel and accommodation for the lecturers will be arranged by the SwedNess admin (Camilla Dann). We will contact you all individually to arrange everything. Please note that we have to book everything for you (reimbursement is a very tedious and lengthy process!). Practically for the lectures:

• A laptop will be available with Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobate installed. Speakers can upload their talks prior to the session using USB memory.
• Speakers of course also have the option to use their own laptops
• Standard video-adapters, USB-C charger, and laser pointers will be available at the conference room
• We kindly ask the lecturers to allow us to share a copy of their slides with the students during/after the course (via OneDrive folder, not open webpage)

Practical Info (for Participants/Students)

Travel:

• If you arrive by airplane, Arlanda is the best choice for airport (Note that Skavsta airport is quite far from Stockholm)
• From Arlanda aiport you can take either Arland Express Train or Airport Coaches, which both arrive at Stockholm Central Station
• If you arrive by train to Stockholm, you will also arrive at Stockholm Central Station
• From Stockholm C you need to transfer (by walk inside) to the Central Subway station (T-centralen)
• From T-centralen take the red subway line (Note: trains are all blue) towards "Mörby Centrum" (Not towards Ropsten, Norsborg or Fruängen!)
• Get off at the third stop, which is "Tekniska Högskolan" (this is KTH in Swedish)

Accomodation:

Participants should book their own accommodation in Stockholm. We can recommend the following hotels (but there are many many to choose from):

• Elite Hotel Arcadia, Stockholm: 5 mins walk to KTH Campus
• Crystal Plaza Hotel: 2 subway stops from KTH, in the middle of Stockholm centre
• Comfort Hotel Xpress Stockholm Central: At the central train station, 3 subway stops from KTH

Posters Details:

• Poster format is A0 portrait or A1 landscape (max 90 cm width) or smaller
• Scotch tape and/or needles will be available in the poster session to attach the posters
• Posters should be displayed throughout the course
• After you register, you will be contacted by the organizers with a request to submit a poster abstract
